Baobab Organics products are made in small batches. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finals. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying if you have any questions about a specific product.

Baobab Organics does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to support@thebaobaborganics.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you.

Damages and issues
Customers are advised to send picture(s) of any damaged item or items within 5 days of receiving package. After 7 days, items are deemed non refundable or exchangeable.
